The Oldtime Farming Festival Fundraising Committed had chosen the Recipe Basket for the Festival's 20th Anniversary. The basket is the newest in the line of collectible Festival baskets made by Bumble Bee Basket Co. of Atwater, Ohio. The 7" x 5" x 4" basket has a latch lid of stained wood. Red and blue accents are woven through the basket's middle and top. Each basket will contain two recipes from two of the annual Festival pie bakers. The recipes will be chosen by the individuals and may not be pie recipes. The cost is $35.00.

One of the biggest moneymakers for the Oldtime Farming Festival is the pie and cookie auction held on Saturday evening of the Festival. In 2011, 26 pies brought in a total of $10,050, and the top three winners in the Kids' Cookie Contest sold for $325.
Gary and Stacie White of White Farms were the top buyers, Teresa Vaughn of Clearwater Pools was second highest and Phyllis Love, representing her father, Frank Griffith, was third. The top pie sold for $1,400, and second highest was $1,000. There three winning plates of cookies sold for $125, $100 and $100, with Vaughn being the top cookie buyer..
Because of slow ticket sales, money from the Saturday 50-50 drawing was carried over to Sunday. Winner, Bob Shipley, returned part of his winning to the Festival.
Other major moneymakers for the Oldtime Farming Festival include sponsors who donate money or services, and sales of root beer and other pop, freshly made apple cider, ham and beans cooked over an open fire, collectible baskets, T-shirts, hats and other items.
